Goodbye, Desperate Housewives! 20 reasons why we’ll miss Wisteria Lane

After eight years on screen there was no doubt that ‘Desperate Housewives’ fans considered Gabrielle Solis, Lynette Scavo, Susan Mayer and Bree Van de Kamp to be lifelong friends.

So now the series has wrapped for a final time, we look back over the highs and lows experienced by the residents of Wysteria Lane over the past eight seasons.

Whether it was a plane ploughing into the road, Gabrielle’s saucy affair with her gardener John, the devastating tornado or Edie Britt’s untimely, yet hilarious, death, the show never failed to keep us on the edge of our seats.
